It's now emerged her estranged daughter FRANCES BEAN COBAIN has slapped a restraining order on her troubled mom. It’s sad that pretty much everyone is breathing a sigh of relief. Days after losing custody of 17-year-old Frances to her father KURT's mom Wendy O'Connor and sister Kimberly, Courtney unleashed her wrath on Facebook.In a series of shocking rants, the HOLE rocker, 45, branded her daughter "deluded", "deceptive" and a "liar". Sadly, those words seem to be used to describe Courtney herself in recent years.Adding to the drama, a judge has now issued a temporary restraining order forbidding Courtney to have any contact with Frances.Another hearing has reportedly been set for January to make the order permanent.Meanwhile, tragic NIRVANA icon Kurt's uncle has spoken out to shed light on what caused the breakdown in Courtney's relationship with Frances.Charles Fradenburg said his sister Wendy "has been trying to get custody of Frances for quite a few years".He added: "Courtney is not fit to take care of Frances, she can barely take care of herself."Courtney wasn't doing any parenting at all, she was hiring nannies to do all of the work."This is a wonderful thing for the family."Hopefully, something works out. In the sense that Frances is actually happy where she is whether it’s with her mom or her dad’s mom. Afterall, it shouldn’t be about the entertainment factor of this trail, but for the well-being of Frances.
